We are so excited to share our larger, updated event space with you! Our beautiful space will hold up to 36 guests, with rental options that include full meal catering, decorating classes, and private parties or showers!

Event Room Options

Have your gathering in our beautiful event room, where you can host your baby or bridal shower, have a cake decorating party, socialize with a group, and leave the mess behind for us!

Bring your own beverages (we’re conveniently located next to Total Wine) and we’ll provide the glasses.

Feel free to bring in any outside food, or have it catered.

Room Rental

  • event room can seat up to 36 guests (our room is always set up for 28 guests, an extra 6 or 8 top can be added)

  • after business hours parties can extend into lobby area for enough room for a total of up to 65 guests.

  • decorating the tables and setup is up to customer’s discretion. Flowers cannot be removed from floral ring behind couch. Scotch tape needs to be used for all hanging decorations, (no tacks, pins, command strips or nails)

  • furniture can be rearranged as you prefer, extra banquet tables available for food, extra chairs also available. Black or white banquet table tablecloths are available at no charge. (However, we do not supply tablecloths for all of the guest tables.)

  • 2 HOUR minimum room rental on weekdays, 3 HOUR minimum room rental on weekends.

  • Tuesday through Friday, $75 per hour, minimum 2 hours. Any hours available from 9am to 8pm. NO room rentals available on Mondays. Tax and Gratuity not included.

  • Saturdays are $112/hour, and Sundays are $128/hour, with two time slots available: 10am-1pm, or 2pm to 5pm. Customers are free to come as early as needed to setup for the 10am party, or stay as late as they want after the 5pm time slot, but

    you simply pay for the time you are here, whether it is set up time or party time.

  • If you need additional time before your 10 am party, or after your 2pm party, please let us know ahead of time. The room cost is pro-rated every 15 minutes and your total room time will be calculated at the end of your party.

  • Your room rental Includes a hostess available to help rearrange tables, bring in extra chairs, empty trash throughout party, answer questions. This employee is not intended to help serve food or clear your tables.

  • full time party server available for an additional $25 per hour, to help set tables, serve food, refill drinks, bus tables, wait on your guests, etc. If you have over 25 guests, 2 servers are needed to accomplish this job, at a total of $50/hour.

  • welcome to bring any outside food/beverage/alcohol

  • we have an eclectic mix of floral china for up 50 guests, available for use, $40 washing fee

  • we have assorted wine glasses for up to 50 guests, available for use, $25 washing fee

  • Customer supplies all plates/napkins/utensils/table decorations

  • extension cords for food warmers are available at no charge

  • Bluetooth speaker for music available, controlled from your phone

  • rolling drink cooler available for use free of charge, ice can be purchased next door at Total Wine

  • 1 hour deposit reserves your date/must cancel within 3 weeks for refund of your deposit

  • guests are not allowed in kitchen area/no ice available/no refrigeration available/no sink use available

  • 18% gratuity added to the hourly rate for the staff assisting your party.

Decorating Parties

(Minimum 10 Participants, Max 20)

All decorating parties are priced per student (below) and include one hour of room time. There is a minimum of three hours in the room for weekend parties, and two hours for weekday parties, so there will be an extra room fee in addition to your one hour decorating party.

Outside food and drink, or any craft or activity, hired entertainment, food delivery, are always welcome.

Cupcake Decorating Party

(Recommended for younger bakers 4 yrs and up, maximum 20 children)

Each participant gets to decorate a cupcake, all decorating supplies, includes bottled water.

$15.00 per student, 60 minutes included in room

Cake Decorating Tea Party

(Recommended for bakers 8 yrs and up, maximum 20 children)

Each guest gets a personal 4” round cake to decorate with birthday girl’s choice of decor options, tea cups and tea pot with your beverage choice (hot tea, cold tea, water).

$25 per student, 60 minutes included in room

Girl’s Themed Cake Decorating Party

(Recommended for younger bakers 8 yrs and up, maximum 20 children)

Choose from Barbie doll dress cake, puppy cake, or purse cake: $25 per student, 60 minutes included in room

Unicorn cake with gold horn and fondant ears, $32 per student, 60 minutes included in room.

Boy’s Themed Cake Decorating Party

(Recommended for younger bakers 8 yrs and up, maximum 20 children)

Choose from a dinosaur cake, or volcano cake.

$25 per student, 60 minutes included in room.

Decorated Sugar Cookies

seasonal designs vary throughout the year, or you pick your cookie shapes. 4 cookies, pastry chef instruction....

$25 per student, 60 minutes included in room.

Cake Pop Party

learn how to successfully make cake pops, take 6 home.

$20 per student, ages 10 and up, 60 minutes included in room.

Girly Girl Spa Party

Bring your friends in to be pampered with a Warming Masque Facial, Herbal Foot Treatment, Moisturizing Hand Treatment, Relaxation with Peppermint Aromatherapy, Eye Shimmer, Lip Gloss & a Light Shoulder Massage. Each guest gets a satin Spa bag with 2 Spa Products to take home.

$28.00 per guest/ 1 hour session, no age requirement.

What’s Included With My Event Room Rental?

  • If you rent the china without hiring server, we will provide a cart to piled used plates on

  • Servers need to be scheduled in advance, cannot add on once party has begun

  • Please allow set-up time before your guests arrive, and remember you pay for the time you are in our facility, whether it is setup time or guest/party time.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Of course! We don't have a liquor license, but you are welcome to bring in any outside beverages that you prefer. We can even provide wine glasses for your use.

  • Yes! Bring any treats with you, or even a full food buffet! We have extra banquet tables that can be added to the room for your spread. Feel free to ask us to rearrange the furniture to fit your needs.

  • Give us a call to reserve the date and time you would like, with a one hour deposit. We do require three weeks notice if you need to cancel your party.

  • Each student is welcome to eat or not eat their creation. We have learned from past experience that most of the kids are very proud of their work, and would prefer to take it home to show their parents. We provide boxes for transport after decorating. You might want to have an alternate dessert or cake for them to eat.

  • We do not supply your party needs, please bring everything you will need to serve your food and drinks, paper plates, utensils, tablecloths, if desired, and serving utensils.

  • Unfortunately for insurance purposes guests cannot be in the kitchen at anytime.

  • Of course! While we think our event room is super cute, we encourage you to add your own touch with balloons, streamers, tablecloths. No tacks or nails allowed, tape only on the walls.
