Nut Allergies

We are not a dedicated nut-free facility, and cannot 100% guarantee no cross contamination, however for special nut-free orders, we do sterilize our equipment, wrap them separately from other orders. Whether its a peanut allergy or tree-nut allergy, we take precautions with these products.

We do put imitation almond flavoring in our buttercream icing, if you smell almond, rest assured there is no nut derivatives, it is nut free.

Gluten Free

We have gluten free cake available in the following flavors: vanilla, chocolate, lemon and confetti.

This made with rice flour, and it does contain whey.
All of our buttercream icings, fudge icing and fruit fillings are also gluten free.

The gluten free products that we offer at this time are cake, cupcakes, bon bons and cake pops, and keto chocolate chips, which are gluten-free.

Cake contains milk and soy.

Vegan, Dairy free, or egg free

Our vegan cake is available in chocolate and vanilla, and is made with the following ingredients:
all purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, soybean oil, plant milk-typically almond milk, vanilla extract, white vinegar, and water. (no eggs/dairy/butter)

Vegan icing options are: dairy free vanilla icing, fudge icing. This contains soy.

These contain GLUTEN.

Keto Products

Our keto products at this time are chocolate chip cookies only. Keto cookies are made with almond flour, butter, erythritol brown sugar substitute, cacao powder, eggs, and other ingredients.

Each delicious cookie contains 2g net carbs, 12g fat, and 3g protein.

Other Allergens

There is soy in everything we make. These are extracts contain a trace of alcohol in almost everything we make. There is no gelatin in our products. There is corn biproducts in everything we make. Any specific inquiries, we can ask the kitchen baking staff.
